1. Product Description
Reverse osmosis (RO)system is a water purification process that uses a partially permeable membrane to separate ions, unwanted molecules, larger particles and colloid, organic impurity, heavy metal ion from drinking water.
Reverse osmosis system can remove many types of dissolved and suspended chemical species as well as biological ones (principally bacteria) from water, it is also effective with asbestos, many taste, color and odor producing chemicals, particulates, total dissolved solids, turbidity and radium, is used in both industrial processes and the production of potable water.
Main and Basis Point for this system:
1.Source water inlet: it can treat tap water, well water and underground water with TDS( Total Dissolved Solids) is less than 2000 ppm.
2.Capacity: Output purified water is 2000 liters per hour.
3.Output purified water application::Daily consumption or irrigating or food manufacturing ect.

1. What is the source water to be treated? tap water, well water, underground water or sea water? Any water analysis report for TDS / conductivity?

The whole system process: raw water tank(prepared by buyer)→ raw water pump→quartz sand filter→activated carbon filter→security filter→high pressure pump→RO system →UV→pure water tank(prepared by buyer)

Features and advantages of the RO system:
1.The system can produce water continuously, fully automatic.
2.No need chemical to regenerate, easy operation and maintenance.
3.Core components of RO system are CNP pump and Vontron RO membranes.
4.Automatically switch on when low water level in pure water tank, and switch off when high water level in raw water tank.
5.The system will flush RO membranes automatically about 90s, reducing membranes polluted speed.
6.Water shortage protection and low pressure protection switch for pumps.
7.Conductivity monitor will detect water quality online continuously and show data.
8.Water flow meters, pressure gauges, solenoid valves, regulating control valves, control panel are applied in the whole system.
9. RO controller makes whole RO system operating automatically.

Pre-treatment filters:
1--The quartz sand filter: to remove the suspend solid and reduce the turbidity of outlet water .
2--The activated carbon filter: to remove color, odor, residual chlorine from the raw water.
3--Water Softener (optional): to remove Calcium ion (Ca2+) and magnesium ion(Mg2+) to remove hardness.
Automatic control valve: It can automatically complete the fast rinsing and backwashing of filter materials, and then automatically turn to filter (normal operation) by setting the time on the program

Water Pumps---Raw Water Pumps, CIP washing pumps and High Pressure Pumps:
1.Brand: We can offer standard CNP brand, Grundfos or Danfoss.
2.Material: Can be SUS-304 for fresh water purification, or SUS-316 for salty/brackish water desalination.
3.Name and Function: Raw water pump to provide pressure for pre-treatment part, High pressure pump to provide pressure for RO membranes, CIP Washing pump for membranes maintenance.

It can remove particle, colloid, organic impurity, heavy metal ion, bacteria and virus from water,and it can also remove more than 97% dissolved salt.
