Introduction:
Frequency coversion water supply system is an intelligent pipe network relay boost (no pressure) equipment ,which can be set water pressure according to user need .if the pressure of pipe network water is higher than the set pressure, the pump unit is in a shutdown state, tap water is supplied through the connecting pipe Road directly to the user . When the water supply pressure of the municipal pipe network is lower than the set pressure, the equipment automatically is in the relay boost working condition. The unit constitute the closed-loop control system by the pressure sensor, the water pump and the constant voltage frequency conversion control cabinet. With the change of the water consumption, it will adjust the quantity of pumps and rotating speed,which is to keep the water supply pressure constant.
2. Product Details
Principle:
Flow regulator is a sealed container, which can adjust automatically the quantity of running water pump and rotating speed of single pump according to the user changes in water consumption , so that can maintain the pump outlet pressure constantly. When the user water consumption is less than the amount of water of one water pump, there is one pump operating frequency coversion and speed control according to the change of water consumption. when the water consumption increases, the pressure of pipeline in system will be droped, then the the signal detected by pressure sensor be sent to the computer control unit , Through the computer to determine the operation, issued instructions to the inverter,control the pump motor, so that accelerate spin to ensure that the system pressure is constant. Otherwise when the water consumption is reduced, the pump speed slows down to maintain constant pressure. When the water consumption is greater than output water of one pump, the first pump switch to the frequency of operation and the second pump start the frequency control operation. when the water consumption is less than output water of two pumps ,it can automatically stop one or two pumps running. In the whole operation process, always keep the system constant pressure so that the pump always work in the efficient area, both to ensure that users constant pressure to supply water, but also save energy. Equipment does not need full-time operator.
