RO (Reverse Osmosis) water filtration system is the most effective and popular drinking water treatment solution due to its stable salt rejection features and effective filtration result to removal the bacteria, virus, microbiological contaminants, organic contaminants, metal ion etc. the following chart is the comparison chart of RO system against the other type of filtration method.

The purpose of the pretreatment system:

1. Guarantee not to be greater than 5.0 and strive for less than 3.0;

2. Ensure that the turbidity is lower than 5;

3. Ensure that there is no residual chlorine or similar oxides, such as: ozone;

4. Ensure that there are no other chemicals that may cause membrane contamination or deterioration.

Our process: raw water tank→ raw water pump→quartz sand filter →activated carbon filter→water softener/chemical dosing system(optional)→security filter→high pressure pump→ro system→pure water tank+UV sterilizer(ozone generator) + water supply point

Some parts functions with our machine:

Raw water tank	Store water, buffering pressure, overcome instability of supplying water by pipe, ensure to supply water stably and continuously for whole system
Raw water pump	Provide needed pressure for every pre-treatment filter
Quartz sand filter	We use fiber glass or stainless steel vessel as housing, fill quarts sand, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc.
Activated carbon filter	We use fiber glass or stainless steel vessel as housing, fill activated carbon, remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances.
Water softener	Adopt cation resin to soften water, cation resin will absorb Ca2+, Mg2+(main elements for composing scale), reduce hardness of raw water, System can make resin intelligently regenerate, recycling
Security filter	Prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5µm
High pressure pump	Provide needed working pressure for RO system, ensure production capacity of pure water.
