Process: raw water tank + booster pump + quartz sand filter + carbon filter + water softener/chemical dosing system(optional) + security filter + high pressure pump + ro system + pure water tank + UV sterilizer(ozone generator) + precision filter + water supply point
Quartz sand filter
This device is used in the first filtration of water treatment. It consists in 304stainless steel. There is quartz sand inside. It divides coarse sand, medium sand and fine sand. It can remove dirty and other big particles.
Activated carbon filter
Activated carbon filter is used in the second filtration of water treatment and filter medium is activated carbon. It can adsorb Hg, plum bum and other heavy metal, organic contamination, odor and improve water sense
Ion exchange device(Softener)
The ion exchange soften machine is used for cutting down hardness of water.
Precision Filter
This equipment uses high polymer material through special craft to make the asymmetric membrane, under the pressure function, the original fluid flows outside the membrane or inside the membrane, in which the high polymer material, as well as the colloid granule is prevented in the membrane surface, they are carried off by circulatory flowing original fluid
and then become the concentrated solution, thus achieve the goal of material separation, concentration and depuration.
