This is a great project!

Dengue infectious disease, which is mainly transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes (commonly known as Dalmatian mosquitoes). Common symptoms are sudden high fever, blushing, redness on the shoulders, chest redness, and pain in eyelids and bones. Some will have subcutaneous ecchymoses.

There is a common mosquito in Singapore called Aedes, and the number of people who suffer from high fever and death every year because they are bitten by this mosquito.

Hense, the government want to deal with such problem. They build a laboratory and using our water treatment system to raising mosquito larvae.

They will fight dengue virus on male mosquitoes and then spread the antibiotics by mating with female mosquitoes. These female mosquitoes will bites the human body will not produce dengue fever.

Now is the beginning job, hope the project will success！！！

This is RO system to change raw water(tap water) into pure water for raising mosquito larvae.

All system is under siemens PLC touch screen control.

Then water go though into mosquito larvae area, it will bring about some dirty water, and then we will used the reuse water system to change back to pure water. Whole system is like as an infinitely circulating production of pure water systems.

During these two machines  production, customers go to our factory to have a FAT test（Up to a week）. This is a hard task for us since every steps and every parts the Singapore government takes strict action on it. 

We almost working day and night!  Every one felt very exhausted but takes very seriously.

Finally, we done. and make the final leak test and arrange shipping.

This is 100% customized products, have great different from our normally products. And this project is very urgently, we only have 15days to make sure everything is well done. 

I hope that through the efforts of the Singapore government team and our company's team, we can solve the problem of dengue fever in Singapore！！！
